Speaking at the 6th Convocation of SKUAST-K Sinha, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said, “SKUAST-K has made a lot of efforts to make the HADP scheme successful in Kashmir.” Sinha further said that HADP in Kashmir is improving the income of 13 lakh farmer families. “Today HADP across India is being seen as role model in the agricultural industry,” he said.
